Delivery & returns

Everything is made to order, so the timings below start from the day you order, not the day you ask.

Making it

We stitch the name into your harness after you order, so it takes 2-3 working days before it leaves us. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Getting it to you

Delivery within the UK takes 8-12 working days after dispatch. Orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday start on the next working day.

Costs

Delivery is free on orders over £35. Below that it is a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Something went wrong

If tracking has not moved for a week, mail us. We will chase it, and if it is genuinely lost we remake it rather than leave you waiting.

30 days, personalised or not

Under UK law we would not have to take back a personalised item at all: custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. We take them back anyway. A harness you cannot try on your dog first is a big ask, so you have 30 days from delivery for any reason.

Wrong size

Tell us the size you need. We stitch the name into that one and send it over, postage on us, and you keep walking the dog in the meantime.

Faulty or damaged

Separate from the above, and it stays true after the 30 days: if something is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act. Send us a photo and we sort it.

How to start one

Mail us with your order number and what is wrong. You do not need the original packaging.
